Product Details

The GOAP Z-Wave Tubular Motor Controller DC is a Z-Wave Plus (500 series) controller for blind, roller and shade motors with 12-24V DC motors. It is designed to fit into an existing switch and enables you to wirelessly control blind motors using a Z-Wave enabled (921.42 MHz in AUS/NZ) controller and reports the motors actual power (Watts) and total power consumption (kWh). This device also supports precise positioning for motors equipped with mechanical or electronic switches.

The GOAP Z-Wave Tubular Motor Controller DC allows the connection of a temperature sensor which can report the local temperature to your Z-Wave gateway allowing it to better meet your heating/cooling needs.

This product integrates with all Australian certified (921.42 MHz) Z-Wave Controllers including;

  • Vera Edge/Plus
  • Fibaro Home Center 2/Lite

Configuring Z-Wave Devices:

Z-Wave devices often have several configurable parameters which you can change using your Vera user interface. These parameters can include things such as the length of time a Z-Wave siren remains active for or the type of manual switch connected to a Z-Wave light controller.

Every available configurable parameter is listed in your device user manual. In most cases your device default parameters will be suitable to your needs however sometimes it may be necessary to adjust them to optimally use your device.
