Blue Squared is thrilled to have been awarded the Façade Automation package for the landmark redevelopment of the Harbourside precinct, a transformative project that reimagines one of Sydney’s most iconic waterfront destinations.
Partnering with Chevalier Aluminium, this high-profile mixed-use development will feature 63 automated awning windows, powered by 126 x WindowMaster WMX 826-2G300S 03 chainactuators, operating in synchrony via the advanced WindowMaster MotorLink® system.

To ensure seamless integration with the building’s central control infrastructure, the system is paired with WindowMaster WCC320P 1012 intelligent controls, offering full compatibility with high-level BMS interfaces. This allows the windows to automatically respond to optimal weather conditions, enhancing natural ventilation, indoor air quality, and overall occupant wellbeing throughout the Harbourside Centre.
This sophisticated, future-ready automation solution not only supports occupant comfort but also aligns with the development’s sustainability goals and commitment to smart building design.
