Stephen brings over 30 years of experience in the façade and window automation industry. He leads Blue Squared’s technical direction, project strategy and delivery standards, working closely with consultants and project teams to ensure solutions are practical, compliant and aligned with long-term building performance.
Ellis manages estimating and tender support for window automation projects. He provides accurate, well-considered pricing aligned with technical requirements, helping projects progress smoothly from enquiry to delivery.
Julie leads sales, marketing and strategic partnerships at Blue Squared. She works closely with architects, façade consultants and builders to support early specification, strengthen industry relationships and grow market awareness, including Blue Squared’s exclusive partnership with WindowMaster.
Jake manages window automation projects from planning through installation and commissioning. He coordinates closely with site teams and consultants to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to specification.
Sean oversees Blue Squared’s operations and client engagement across New South Wales. He supports project coordination and delivery by maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Claire oversees office operations and administrative coordination. She supports project and leadership teams by maintaining efficient workflows, clear communication and consistent documentation across the business.
