Overview

Blue Squared installed window actuators and UPS window smoke control panels on the OMNIA Luxury Apartment Development at Potts Point, NSW. We were sub-contracted to Carrington Electrical Services, who were the electrical contractor on the project, with Probuild being the main contractor.

This iconic 19-storey tower incorporates approximately 135 apartments along with retail was developed by Greenland Australia.

The scheme involved supplying and installing 24v DC window actuators and SE Controls OS2 SHEVTEC EN12101 tested and compliant control panels with battery back-up, programmed to close on power outage or under fire conditions with a signal from the FIP. Wireless remote control units were also installed for day to day operation of the automated windows.
